Me gusta has the same meaning as I like in English.
Ir al cine means to go to the movies. Ir al lago means to go to the lake. When you have a + el it becomes al.
Tip: It is good to always memorize the article (el, la, los, las like the English the or un, una, unos, unas,
like the English a or some) when you learn a word. But, it is also very, very helpful to remember whole
expressions like ir al lago.

Quiero means I want and necesito means I need. You can use these with things or with verbs. They are
