Brenda, Cuernavaca, Mexico

 

 Brenda is 10 years old. She is from Mexico. She lives in Cuernavaca with their family. Brenda has a twin sister, Karen. Their birthday is in summer. Brenda reads every day and her favorite book is Harry Potter. She also likes to practice sports like soccer and basketball. Sometimes, she plays at school and sometimes at home.

When she wants to rest, Brenda watches TV. She likes to see the Spanish version of Sponge Bob, The Simpsons or Art Attack. Also, she goes out for a walk with her family. But on Sundays, she goes to the church and then to see her grandparents.

The food that she likes the least is the corn soup. She really likes the flavor of chocolate, the scent of lavender and orange drinks. On her birthday, everybody eats cake and they share it with friends and family. Also, they prepare a special dinner for Christmas Eve, December 24th. They eat together, break a piñata, open gifts and dance. What fun!

Her favorite subject is History but her favorite teacher is Claudia, the English teacher because she makes laugh everybody in the class. Brenda has at least one hour of homework daily. When there is no school in April or July, she goes on holiday to Taxco, a city in Mexico, or to the United States.

The person that makes Brenda laugh the most is her elder sister, Mariana. When it rains, Brenda jumps in the puddles. When she grows up, she wants to become a doctor.
